- Reading and implementing construction and formwork plans
- Creating timber or system formwork for walls, ceilings, columns, and stairs
- Forming and stripping concrete components
- Installing spacers, reinforcement, and inserts according to plan
- Assisting with concreting as well as compacting and finishing the concrete
- Maintenance and care of formwork elements and tools
- Several years of experience as a formwork carpenter
- Very good knowledge of handling Doka, Peri, or similar formwork systems
- Technical understanding and experience in reading plans
- Physical fitness and manual dexterity
- Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style
- Driving licence class B required
