Main tasks
- Strategic, personnel, professional and organisational leadership of a team of 11 specialists (Digital Service Managers and Business Analysts)
- Overall responsibility for Capability Management to provide high-quality, digitally integrated IT services/solutions in close coordination with FINMA's digital strategy
- Responsibility for the further professional development and targeted positioning of Business Analysis - from structured requirements gathering through development support and test management to the successful go-live of effective, sustainable and digital solutions
- Co-responsibility for cross-departmental coordination and integration of change, procurement/contract and project management within the Shared Services, Change and Innovation department
- Assumption of process responsibility for the ICT Demand and Change Management process including associated tasks
- Proactive stakeholder management up to C-level as well as occasional representation of topics at executive management level
- Active participation in shaping digitalisation initiatives and agile working methods for the continuous optimisation of ICT and internal processes
Profile
- University or university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor and/or Master) or comparable education and training, preferably with a business administration background
- At least six years of relevant professional experience as well as initial leadership experience in personnel and/or professional responsibility
- Target group-appropriate, level-appropriate communication and ability to present complex issues clearly
- Leadership style characterised by servant leadership and the ability to empower and develop employees
- Hands-on experience in an IT-related environment, customer orientation and high quality awareness
- Experience with agile working methods (SAFe, Scrum) is a great advantage
- Very good German skills (C2), French and English skills (B1) are an advantage
