Your tasks

• Leading and further developing a motivated HR team with two employees
• Coordinating the administrative HR processes at two locations (Uster/Wetzikon)
• Responsibility for monthly payroll changes
• Ensuring a clearly structured, efficient working day even in hectic phases
• Prioritizing tasks and early recognition of challenges in team daily life
• Accompanying and training our learners with expertise and heart

Your profile

• Commercial basic education or a comparable qualification
• HR specialist certificate is an advantage
• Quick comprehension and the ability to remain calm in hectic times
• Independent, reliable, and resilient personality with an efficient working style
• Friendly and customer-oriented demeanor
• Open access to IT applications
