What is my role?
As an HR specialist, you are the heart of our personnel department and ensure that all personnel-related processes run smoothly. Employees and managers turn to you with their concerns in confidence. You are their competent contact person for all HR matters.
Your tasks include:

Payroll administration: Preparation, control and processing of the monthly payroll as well as social security matters
Day-to-day business: Checking expense reports, coordinating time recording, managing holidays and absences
Documentation: Systematic recording of special incidents and illness-related absences
Development: Organising training sessions, maintaining further education records and supporting apprentices
Projects: Active participation in exciting HR projects and further development of our processes
You work independently, like to get involved and contribute your ideas. A versatile role with real scope for creativity.
What do I need to be successful?
You are communicative, approach people with enthusiasm and know how to build trust. Even when things get hectic, you keep an overview and remain composed.
You bring the following:
Strong organisational skills and a structured, precise way of working
Confident handling of numbers and MS Office applications
Completed commercial or comparable training as well as an HR qualification
Pragmatic hands-on mentality and the will to proactively advance topics
Initial practical experience in the HR field. Ideally with contact points in payroll or recruiting
