Assembly Worker Late Shift

We are an owner-managed Swiss family business that has been developing, producing, and assembling plastic parts using injection molding on behalf of customers since 1981. Versatility in individual customer solutions, precision in tool development, efficiency in series production, and flexibility in assembly are our strengths. The SKS team consists of around 100 employees.

For our assembly department we are looking for a reliable and flexible person starting March 2026 or by arrangement

Assembly Worker 100% for the Late Shift

For this position, we are looking for a personality with several years of experience in assembly or production who enjoys working the late shift (2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.). The working days are Monday to Friday.

• Assembly work
• Reworking and packaging of plastic parts
• Operating semi-automatic and fully automatic machines
• Inspection and packaging tasks
• Hygienic cleaning tasks in the assembly department

• Experience in assembly or production operations
• Very good German skills mandatory (at least diploma level B1)
• Independent, precise, and efficient working style
• High manual dexterity
• Quality awareness, sense of responsibility, and good eyesight
• Mobility
