About the job
What you will do with us
- Responsibility for managing the Lindt Shop according to specified guidelines and relevant key figures
- Ensuring the achievement of sales and cost targets
- Role modeling and actively promoting a high level of service quality as well as active sales
- Taking over the personnel and professional management of the team
- Promoting the qualification, further development, and motivation of employees
- Ongoing review and optimization of all workflows and processes in the shop
- Implementation and control of all HACCP requirements
- Taking on projects and additional tasks in agreement with supervisors
When you fit with us
- Completed training in sales, hospitality, or gastronomy, further education is an advantage
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as experience in inventory management, merchandising, and cash register operation
- Several years of leadership experience in retail or specialty stores (preferably food)
- Convincing, ambitious, and result-oriented sales personality with a high quality standard
- Passion for chocolate and a keen eye for detail
- Professional appearance as well as a friendly and proactive personality
- Flexibility regarding working hours, high resilience, and sense of duty
- Fluent German and English skills
