Become part of our team! We are looking for a certified nursing specialist HF (workload by arrangement) to start immediately or by agreement.

Area of responsibility:

• As a recognised specialist, you ensure warm, resident-oriented and professional care and support based on the house's care and support concept
• You take responsibility as the primary specialist contact person for a group of around 28 residents at different care levels with fascinating life stories
• You plan the care process, implement it, check and evaluate it
• As the daily person responsible, you ensure smooth and safe operation for the department and are the first point of contact on the floor
• You bear the main responsibility for carrying out information gathering including assessments and determining care needs within the framework of the MDS
• Management of complete and gapless care documentation as the primary specialist contact person

We expect:

• Completed training as a certified nursing specialist HF
• Professional experience in geriatric care in Switzerland
• Up-to-date nursing knowledge
• High social competence, flexibility, teamwork skills and humour in everyday life
• Commitment and joy in working with elderly people
• IT skills, very good oral and written German skills
• Room in your backpack for new experiences
