As part of its development, Electra Électricité SA is looking for a project manager in electrical engineering to lead ambitious projects and actively participate in the company’s growth.

Your mission

You will manage your projects completely, from preparation to completion:

• Study, plan and organise electrical projects;
• Prepare offers, budgets, measurements and additional work;
• Ensure financial monitoring, invoicing and project profitability;
• Plan teams, equipment and supplies;
• Supervise and support staff on site;
• Participate in meetings with clients, architects and engineers;
• Guarantee the quality of installations as well as compliance with NIBT, OIBT standards and safety regulations;
• Maintain a professional and lasting relationship with our clients;
• Drive projects through to commissioning and final acceptance.

Your profile

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an electrical installer or equivalent training;
• Federal diploma as an electrical project manager in installation and safety, ongoing training or equivalent qualification;
• Proven experience in managing electrical projects in Switzerland;
• Good knowledge of Swiss electrical standards and regulations;
• Excellent organisational, anticipatory and decision-making skills;
• Natural leadership and ability to motivate a team;
• Sense of responsibility, quality and customer service;
• Fluency in French;
• Valid driving licence.
