- Support of the Spa Manager in leading the spa team (approx. 55 employees): coordination of operations, development and implementation of training, conducting employee and job interviews
- Warm, proactive guest contact as well as ensuring an excellent guest experience
- Ensuring excellent service for our international and demanding guests: creating and monitoring SOPs, hygiene/safety guidelines together with internal quality standards
- Receiving and professionally managing guest complaints
- Duty scheduling taking all aspects into account (occupancy, guest wishes, absences, illness)
- Participation in meetings and close cooperation with all departments, especially with Medical Operations Management
Qualifications & Competencies
- At least two years of professional experience in a comparable leadership position with personnel responsibility in a spa/wellness area
- Passion and interest in health prevention
- Strong qualities and skills in employee motivation and development as well as inspiring and leading a team
- Very high service mindset and guest orientation as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, commitment and team spirit
- Resilience, reliability and quick comprehension and willingness to learn as well as great organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Well-groomed appearance, role model regarding corporate philosophy
- Excellent English skills, spoken and written
