Temporary Position Career Choice, German, Economics, Accounting (25 WL / 96%)
Profile. The Winterthur Career Preparation Year is a 1-year public bridging program for adolescents and young adults aged 15 to 21 who have not found an apprenticeship after compulsory schooling, for whom career choice is still too early, or who have only recently arrived in Switzerland. Profile supports the learners during 32 lessons per week in career orientation, apprenticeship search, and prepares them both professionally and cross-disciplinarily for entering the workforce. From 16.02.2026 to 31.03.2026, we are looking for a motivated teacher at the Grueze location to strengthen our committed teaching team in the subjects of career choice, German, economics, and possibly accounting.Your Tasks
- Teaching the subjects career choice, German, economics, and possibly accounting
- Conveying the learning content according to the curriculum, adapted to the respective level of the learners
- Supervising the assigned class, supporting the individual development of the students
Your Profile
- Teaching diploma for lower secondary level
- Interest and joy in working with adolescents and young adults
- Willingness to collaborate within the school community and the faculty
