About the job
- You accompany our residents with mental and physical illnesses and support them in organising their daily lives independently.
- You carry out nursing tasks and hygiene measures professionally and ensure a clean environment.
- You are always responsible for the safety and well-being of the residents – even in challenging behaviour situations.
- You make the daily routine varied and exciting by specifically addressing individual wishes and needs.
- You carefully record observations and communicate them clearly and reliably, both in writing and orally.
- You have completed training as a healthcare or care professional (SRK recognition or positive PreCheck for foreign diplomas).
- Several years of experience in long-term care is an advantage but not mandatory.
- As an empathetic and patient person, you support the residents lovingly and respectfully.
- Independent, responsible working style, flexibility and resilience are among your strengths.
- Very good German skills (C1) and ideally IT skills facilitate your daily work.
