About the job
- Take on leadership roles, conduct quality reviews and support team members in their professional and personal development
- Support national and international clients in M&A transactions, working closely with our Deal Advisory and Tax teams
- Independently advise Swiss and foreign clients on reorganisations, cross-border restructurings and mergers
- Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents
- Maintain and expand client relationships, always aiming to uphold the highest quality standards
- Bring entrepreneurial and innovative thinking to the further development of our services, especially in the area of Legal Tech and AI solutions
- Write and publish your own specialist articles and continuously expand your professional network
- Swiss bar admission or foreign bar admission with several years of practical experience in Switzerland
- At least 5 years of experience in advising on general commercial law, especially in corporate law, M&A and contract law; experience in IP and data protection law is an advantage
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent German skills as well as very good English skills; additional language skills are an advantage (especially French)
- Initiative and results-oriented working style as well as enjoyment of international and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Openness to new technologies and working methods and interest in their market potential
