Contract Specialist (m/f/d) 40%
In this responsible role, you will take charge at the main site in Ebikon of recording and managing our service contracts as well as the correct processing of contract amendments. You ensure timely and precise commercial processing and thus contribute significantly to internal and external customer satisfaction.
Tasks:
- Creating and managing service contracts as well as executing contract amendments
- Issuing invoices, credit notes, and additional charges
- Opening and modifying customer accounts and supporting specialists in customer data management
- Managing digital communication channels (Outlook, Teams, Salesforce) and ensuring efficient handling of enquiries
- Providing telephone and written advice and support to internal and external customers on administrative matters
- Committed teamwork, active participation in daily business, and shaping and further developing efficient processes
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Numerical flair as well as precise, independent, and service-oriented working style
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Strong IT affinity and enjoyment of proactive telephone customer contact
- Very good German skills; French skills (especially spoken) are an advantage
- Strong customer orientation as well as pronounced communication and team skills
