Electrician as Service Technician 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You work as a service technician in the field and ensure that the lighting systems at the customers' sites function perfectly.

• You carry out maintenance and repair work on electrical systems and lighting systems.

• You install and commission new lighting systems at customers' premises.

• You analyse faults and resolve them quickly and reliably.

• You advise customers on site regarding technical questions and optimisation possibilities.

• You document your work and diligently maintain the service reports.

• You work closely with the internal service and the technical department.

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed training as an electrician, electronics technician, or a comparable electrical qualification.

• Ideally, you have experience in customer service or maintenance.

• You hold a category B driving licence and enjoy being on the move.

• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

• You enjoy customer contact and impress with your friendly demeanour.

• You are technically skilled and have a good understanding of electrical contexts.

• You are flexible and reliable.
