What is my role?

Our client is looking for you to review and bill services in a modern social insurance organisation. You are the central interface between various stakeholders and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your daily routine involves a varied mix of review, communication and problem-solving:

• You check incoming invoices for content: Are rates, services and documentation correct?

• You ensure that legitimate claims are paid promptly and correctly

• In case of uncertainties, you proactively communicate with insured persons, medical institutions and suppliers

• With your careful work, you help ensure that people receive the support they are entitled to

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial or paramedical basic education.

Furthermore, our client wishes for:

• Very good German skills and solid spoken French skills so that you can communicate with all parties involved

• An independent and structured way of working

• Communication skills and empathy in dealing with a wide variety of people

• The ability to remain calm and solution-oriented even in hectic phases

• Team spirit and appreciation in dealing with colleagues

• Motivation to familiarise yourself with new topics and actively contribute
