Senior Consultant Corporate Succession Focus Tax Law 80 – 100%

What you will achieve

• In close consultation with client advisors, you conduct initial discussions with entrepreneurs about succession solutions within and outside the family and show them how to best prepare for corporate succession.
• You independently develop succession concepts and support the entrepreneurs in implementation.
• In client dialogue, you convince with your expertise in the taxation of natural and legal persons and position yourself as a long-term partner in tax matters.
• You provide case-specific tax assessments on transactions, structures, and life circumstances and implement optimisations in collaboration with external advisors.
• You work closely with internal specialists from financial planning, financing, and inheritance law.

What you bring

• You hold a Master’s degree in law or business administration or a comparable education/training.
• You have completed further training in tax law as a certified tax expert or with an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in corporate succession, taxes, fiduciary services and/or law.
• You are enthusiastic not only about the corporate landscape of Eastern Switzerland but also about contact with entrepreneurs.
• You distinguish yourself through holistic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a high level of strategic and conceptual understanding.
