At STÜSSI you receive high-quality concrete elements for your construction project. We support you reliably – from planning to assembly.

Stair elements

Straight, right- and left-turning stairs, spindle and spiral stairs. We produce to measure – individually or in series.

Facade elements

Smooth, textured or pigmented – also as energy-efficient sandwich elements.

Walls / Sandwich elements

Three-layer construction: outer shell, insulation layer and load-bearing inner shell – slim and energy-efficient building to MINERGIE standard.

Roof elements / Dormers

For new buildings and existing buildings: full standing height in the attic, executed as sandwich elements and quickly assembled.

Parapets

Prefabricated parapets for balconies and facades – as with the residential towers Threepoint in Dübendorf.

Columns and beams

Columns, beams and beam girders for high-rise, commercial and industrial construction.

No statically highly loaded columns with VKF certification.

Lift shafts

Prefabricated lift shafts – precisely produced and installed quickly in the shell construction.

Room cells / Modules

Complete room cells and modules from the factory – for example as waiting shelters or transformer stations.

Commercial and industrial buildings

As a complete prefabricated supporting structure – as with Zweifel Pomy-Chips, in use for over 50 years.

Design elements

For garden, outdoor space and architecture: benches, concrete furniture and individual art objects.

What we do not offer

So you don’t lose time:

• No concrete products such as paving stones, manhole covers or edge closures
• No concrete stairs with polished surfaces (terrazzo look)
• No highly loaded columns with VKF certification (e.g. SACAC or Alphabeton)

Why prefabricated concrete elements?

Six reasons in favour of prefabrication.

Build faster

Prefabricated concrete elements save time. The elements are manufactured in the factory and quickly assembled on site – often in just a few minutes per element. This shortens the construction time and allows earlier use or rental.

Economical for repetition

Prefabricated concrete elements show their advantages especially when several identical elements can be produced in the same formwork. This significantly reduces unit costs and creates noticeable economies of scale in production. Uniform element thicknesses and a clear element logic directly affect cost-effectiveness.

Quality

Concrete processed in the production plant is protected from weather and temperature, which positively affects concrete quality. The production processes are carried out by experienced teams and are monitored. Therefore, prefabricated concrete elements are suitable when increased requirements for durability or appearance are demanded.

Design with concrete

Textured or coloured exposed concrete elements benefit from the controlled conditions in the factory. Surfaces and colours can thus be executed more consistently and predictably than on site.

Simple site logistics

Assembly requires little: a crane, a small assembly team and the right elements at the right time. Delivery is just in time, and the space required on site remains small.

Less emissions

Short assembly times and targeted transport reduce noise and traffic. STÜSSI continuously works to further reduce environmental impact in production. More information can be found in the section Certificates & Memberships.
