What is my role?
Our client requires support for the safe and economical operation of the wastewater treatment plant through analytical investigations, monitoring of process measurement technology, and ensuring quality in laboratory and plant operations.
The main tasks include:
Conducting routine analyses and sampling as part of operational monitoring
Documentation, evaluation, and plausibility checks of measurement and analysis data
Maintenance, control, and simple upkeep of laboratory and process measurement technology
Ensuring quality assurance in the laboratory and measurement area
Organisation of ordering for laboratory and operational materials
Participation in monitoring and optimisation of biological and chemical treatment processes
Support in process engineering trials and process optimisations
Maintenance and quality assurance of operational data
Monitoring phosphate elimination and organising precipitant management
Instruction and support of employees on analytical issues
What do I need to be successful?
You have a basic education in process engineering or natural sciences and are interested in environmental technology as well as analytical questions.
A vocational training in process engineering or natural sciences. Experience in analytics or laboratory work is an advantage but can also be acquired through careful introduction. Experience with measurement or analysis devices is advantageous but not a prerequisite
Interest in water quality, environmental technology, and process workflows
Enjoyment of a varied role between laboratory, plant, and office
Independent, careful, and structured working style
Good IT user skills (MS Office)
