Carpenter After-Sales Service

Novatis SA is looking for one of its clients, a company recognised in the carpentry field, for an Experienced Carpenter specialised in After-Sales Service (SAV).

Your profile:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in carpentry
• Proven experience in after-sales service and client interventions
• Resident in the Neuchâtel region
• Very good diction and excellent presentation
• Good spoken and written French
• Able to prepare estimate offers and assess the work to be done
• Pleasant, autonomous, meticulous person with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating with clients and able to represent the company professionally

Your mission:

• Attend to clients within the framework of after-sales service
• Identify problems and propose appropriate solutions
• Carry out necessary carpentry repairs and work
• Evaluate interventions and prepare estimate offers
• Ensure quality client contact
• Work collaboratively with the team and respect the company’s working methods

You will benefit from training and support directly on site by the current installer, who has 35 years of experience, to familiarise yourself with the working methods, products and specific operation of the company.
