property manager, 60-100% (m/f/d)

tasks

• You manage a varied property portfolio of rental properties (residential and commercial), which mainly consists of company-owned properties
• You maintain contact with tenants, owners, caretakers and craftsmen
• You also organise repair, renovation and refurbishment orders and prepare the service charge statements
• You conduct rental contract negotiations, adjust rental agreements and are responsible for initial and re-letting including inspections and handovers
• If interested, there is the possibility to participate in the management of condominium ownership
• The workload can be between 60 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in property management
• A further qualification as a certified property manager (or on the way to it) is an advantage
• Furthermore, you bring an independent, structured and customer-oriented working style
• Knowledge of Immotop 2 is an advantage
• Do you also consider yourself communicative, responsible and practically minded?
