Polymechanic specialising in Grinding for Modern Production
Tasks
- Further develop processes on the new 5-axis profile grinding machine together with the department manager
- Create and optimise grinding programmes at the CAM workstation
- Transfer existing products to the new machine and propose optimisation suggestions
- Independently process grinding orders including operating the 6-axis articulated robot
- Carry out quality control of own work and adhere to quality standards
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training, for example as a polymechanic or production mechanic
- Solid practical experience in grinding
- Structured and precise working method with a strong awareness of quality
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Independent, team-oriented and open-minded personality
