For our Finance team, we are looking for a new team member as a Finance Business Partner 80 - 100 %. We would like to fill this new position by January 1, 2026, or by agreement.

In this role, you take on the professional responsibility for central financial topics at Transa. You take on roles in financial planning & control, support strategic decisions with sound analyses and project evaluations, and together with the CFO and our Finance circle, ensure transparency, stability, and future orientation.

YOUR SPECIALTY AS A FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER

• Co-development and implementation of financial strategies. Your passion.
• Co-design of the financing strategy in close exchange with internal and external partners. It’s in your blood.
• Further development of the finance and controlling departments through processes & projects. Data-based, networked, and future-oriented work suits you.
• Initiation and responsibility for automation and digitization projects in our financial processes. Efficiency is your thing.
• Creation and further development of liquidity planning and control. You keep an overview.
• Project evaluations, investment calculations, and scenario analyses. You lay the foundation for fact-based decisions.
• Together with other departments, further develop existing business areas and open up new opportunities. Absolutely.
• As a Financial Companion, be a sparring partner for the CFO and a contact person for financial questions from other circles and business areas. Of course.

THIS IS YOU

• Several years of experience in finance and a solid education in finance. Preferably also with leadership experience and retail perspective.
• Encounters with people, entrepreneurial, strategic, and solution-oriented thinking. Are important to you.
• Integrate financial contexts into the overall corporate strategy and tell stories with numbers. That suits you.
• Project-oriented work and close collaboration with other departments. You like to network.
• Process optimization, digitization, and automation. Excite you.
• IT affinity, confident handling of data models and ERP, business intelligence, and reporting tools. That is certainly an advantage.
