About the job
As a subsidiary of the Lake Lucerne Shipping Company (SGV), Tavolago AG operates the gastronomy on all 5 steam and 14 motor ships of the SGV and also pampers our customers on land in several establishments as well as at caterings and large events with up to 5000 guests culinarily. Our land establishments include the LUZ Seebistro, the Wirtshaus Taube, the CHÄRNSMATT – Inn & Play Paradise and the Grillrestaurant Ampersand. In addition, we are the gastro partner of the Pilatus Arena and the Lucerne Fair.

You are passionate about people and want to look behind the scenes of a modern HR department? Then you are exactly right with us. You support our HR team, accompany application processes, get involved in HR topics and develop your HR know-how step by step in a lively environment.
- Bringing people into the team: You support us in recruiting seasonal and annual employees and accompany the application process from A to Z.
- Keeping an overview: You maintain personnel master data, record changes, create employment contracts, confirmations as well as references.
- Shaping processes: You accompany our people during onboarding and offboarding and ensure a smooth administrative process.
- Being a contact person: You assist employees with administrative HR questions.
- Pulling the strings in the background: You support the HR team with diverse administrative tasks and gain insights into the whole world of Human Resources.
What we expect from you
- You have completed initial training and already gained some professional experience.
- You are interested in the diverse world of Human Resources and want to gain a comprehensive insight into personnel administration and recruitment.
- You work carefully, reliably and keep an overview even with several tasks at the same time.
- You approach people openly, communicate positively and appreciate contact with people.
- You like to get involved, think along and contribute where support is needed.
