Property Manager with Federal Diploma (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 98,000Role:
In this role, as an experienced administrator in property management, you will take on varied and responsible tasks related to the professional management of real estate. You are responsible for an independent working style, ensuring customer service and internal processes are maintained at a high quality level. You will work closely with a motivated, collegial team and use modern tools to ensure efficient processes. Responsibilities:
- You professionally rent out and market available rental properties.
- In this role, you create and manage rental contracts throughout their entire lifecycle.
- As a property management administrator, you organise and conduct apartment viewings, inspections, and handovers.
- You prepare final accounts and ensure correct billing.
- You support the tenants and are the contact person for their concerns.
- In this role, you commission and supervise caretakers and craftsmen as well as plan, coordinate, and budget maintenance work.
Qualifications:
- You have completed commercial training as well as training in property management.
- You have already gained solid professional experience in property management.
- You work independently, precisely, and efficiently and gladly take on responsibility.
- You are proficient in MS Office; ideally, you also have experience with RIMO.
- You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
- You are flexible, committed, resilient, and a team player and hold a driving licence for passenger cars.
