- Completed basic technical training such as polymechanic or agricultural mechanic
- Professional experience in the relevant field, aviation knowledge is an advantage
- Passion for technology, precision and aviation, EASA Part-66 licence B1.3 is an advantage
- Good German and English skills (B2) in spoken and written form
- Accurate, reliable and independent working style, enjoyment in taking responsibility and finding solutions
- Team-oriented, committed and resilient personality who remains calm and composed even in demanding situations
