What you achieve

• You develop and optimise Suva's central AI platform and ensure its reliable operation.
• You create the technical prerequisites for development and product teams so that they can use AI services safely and efficiently.
• In close collaboration with architecture, security, and platform teams, you promote the reuse of common platform services and self-service offerings.
• You define standards and best practices for AI agents, multi-agent systems, and agent-based business processes.
• With your know-how, you actively shape the development and continuous advancement of Suva's AI capabilities.

What you bring

• You have a university degree in computer science (ETH, university or university of applied sciences) or a comparable education.
• As a software engineer, platform engineer, AI engineer, or in a comparable role, you have gained around five years of professional experience.
• You have practical experience in building, operating, or further developing cloud and platform solutions.
• You have initial experience with agent harnesses, agentic AI frameworks, as well as foundation and frontier LLMs.
• You are interested in modern AI technologies and their safe, productive use in a corporate environment.
