What you achieve

• Administrative support for property managers
• Oral and written contact with tenants, craftsmen, caretakers, etc.
• Issuing orders for repair work
• Organisation of apartment inspections and handovers
• Creating advertisements
• Handling dunning and debt collection as well as creditors
• Preparation of final accounts and billing
• Development of contemporary property marketing measures

What you bring

• Completed commercial training or further education in property management clerical work
• Professional experience in property management clerical work
• Confident use of MS Office, knowledge of Garaio REM and Yarowa is an advantage
• Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage
• Communicative and resilient personality with good organisational skills and an independent working style
