Your tasks
- Operational and administrative HR support with a focus on transformation projects
- Close collaboration with the HR Business Partner team on all change topics
- Contact person for employees regarding HR processes in transition
- Support in reorganizations, culture, and development initiatives
- Participation in the implementation of new HR tools, digital processes, and innovative work models
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, supplemented by further education in HR
- Experience in HR, ideally in an industrial environment
- Structured, solution-oriented working style – combined with openness to new things
- Enjoyment of change and accompanying people through these phases
- Organizational talent, hands-on mentality, and the ability to keep an overview even in turbulent projects
- Native German speaker, English or French is a plus
