Production Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You independently operate various demanding machines or carry out complex, multi-stage manual manufacturing processes.

You perform technical and mechanical adjustments and modifications on the machines precisely.

You make simple changes to programmes, actively assist in troubleshooting, and ensure that production quickly resumes.

You coordinate upstream and downstream tasks, take care of organisational duties, and keep your plant area clean and tidy.

What do I need to be successful?

You have already pitched in properly and know how things work – whether with products, machines, hygiene, or safety.

You have completed training as a Plant Operator EFZ or Food Practitioner EBA.

You can speak German?

At least B1 – so we understand each other well and everything runs smoothly.

You are flexible with working hours?

Four-shift operation is fine for you (7 days in a row, sometimes at weekends) – that’s part of the job with us!

You understand production processes

You understand how the processes interlock, see connections, and actively tackle things – exactly what we need!
