Proactive and reactive sales of the assigned product ranges
Expert support and advice for the existing customer portfolio throughout the entire sales cycle
Processing customer inquiries in the system (CRM / ERP)
Coordination of sales processes in close cooperation with internal departments
Ensuring data quality in ERP and CRM systems as well as active maintenance of existing customers
Active acquisition of new customers
Participation in trade fairs, specialist events, and training
Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
A completed technical education or university of applied sciences
At least two years of professional experience in field sales in technically oriented industrial companies, ideally in the life science or laboratory equipment environment
Sound knowledge of bioreactors, incubation shakers, and bioprocess technologies is an advantage
Strong technical flair and thinking are required for this position
Dynamic, independent sales personality with focus and leads, closures, and the ambition to exceed targets
Willingness to travel 50-80% within Switzerland
Familiarity with MS Office, CRM, and ERP
Fluent German and French skills are mandatory; Italian and English skills are an advantage
