• Supporting the kitchen team in the daily preparation and cooking of our dishes
• Careful preparation of the mise en place for the daily service
• Working at various stations and supporting the respective Chef de Partie
• Precise implementation of the specified recipes, standards and quality requirements
• Careful handling of high-quality and seasonal products
• Supporting a smooth and structured workflow during service
• Close collaboration with the entire kitchen and service team
• Adherence to our high hygiene, quality and safety standards
• Responsibility for order and cleanliness in your own work area
• Active participation in internal meetings, training and further education
• Willingness to learn new things, take responsibility and continuously develop

• Completed vocational training as a cook or a comparable gastronomic qualification
• Initial professional experience in a demanding kitchen is an advantage – motivated career starters are also warmly welcome
• Passion for cooking and enthusiasm for high-quality products
• Enjoyment in learning new things and developing professionally and personally
• High quality awareness and a good sense for precision and details
• Reliable, structured and careful working style
