The Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Outpatient (Centre Director Dr med Katrin Hanno) is part of the Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (Clinic Director Prof Dr med Marc Walter). With its five locations (Aarau, Baden, Rheinfelden, Wohlen and Zofingen), it offers local psychiatric care for the population in the canton of Aargau. The centre includes four outpatient clinics with specialist consultations, group therapies and work coaching as well as four day centres where adult patients are treated. In addition, the centre comprises the two day clinics in Aarau and Baden as well as the "Practice for Your Mental Health" in Zofingen.

Profile

• Completed training as a qualified nurse
• Clinical experience, ideally in social psychiatry and work integration
• Experience in leading or co-leading therapeutic groups
• Structured, independent working style as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and taking responsibility
• Reliable, socially competent and self-reflective personality
• Good IT user skills

Tasks

• You are responsible within the key worker system for the individual care of adult patients across the entire spectrum of psychological diagnoses
• You work independently and at the same time actively network within an interdisciplinary team
• You take on the leadership and co-leadership of groups
• You contribute to the development of the therapeutic offer and the team culture
• You participate in interdisciplinary exchange forums
• You take on low-threshold medical tasks (including blood pressure/pulse checks, drug and alcohol tests, medication administration, wound care)
