• Setting up the breakfast room (buffet, tables, equipment, products)
• Coordinating with the kitchen for hot products, special orders or à la carte
• Checking cleanliness, table setting, and product availability
• Warmly welcoming guests, accompanying them, and presenting the offer
• Being attentive to needs (specific diets, allergies, preferences)
• Handling special requests efficiently and courteously

· Proven experience in catering, ideally in hotel or restaurant breakfast service

· Mastery of service techniques (buffet, plated, beverages)

· Knowledge of hygiene standards (HACCP)

· Good level of French, professional English required (other languages appreciated)

· Strong customer service sense

· Dynamism and responsiveness

· Excellent presentation
