Scientific Employee Cultural Promotion
Office for Culture | Cultural Promotion | 80-100% | Chur
We are looking for a Scientific Employee for the Cultural Promotion Department at the Office for Culture starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your area of responsibility
- Processing written and telephone inquiries in the field of cultural promotion
- Independent review of submitted applications and preparation of proposals
- Monitoring project implementation and budget at project completion as well as triggering payments
- Assessment and control of performance agreements, budgets, activity reports, and work programs of cultural institutions supported by regular contributions, as well as drafting the corresponding proposals
- Management of the secretariat of the Cultural Commission
- Responsible for handling contributions to singing and music schools as well as libraries
- Preparation of decision-making bases, concepts, statements, consultations, and reports
What we expect from you
- University degree or equivalent education
- Good knowledge of the Graubünden cultural landscape is an advantage
- Structured thinking ability and organizational skills
- High quality awareness, teamwork, and reliability
- Independent and responsible working style
- Confident German language skills, very good written and spoken skills, preferably knowledge of Romansh and/or Italian
