What is my role?

As Head of Mechanical Maintenance, you take responsibility for the smooth operation of our equipment. You lead your team of maintenance staff and ensure that all mechanical systems run optimally. Your tasks include:

• Leading and developing your maintenance team

• Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair work

• Optimising maintenance processes

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Ensuring equipment availability

• Budget responsibility for your area

• Collaboration with other departments

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed basic mechanical training (e.g. polymechanic, agricultural machinery mechanic or equivalent)

• Several years of experience in maintenance

• Sound knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics

• Leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

• Organisational talent and assertiveness

• Teamwork skills and strong communication
