Employee Payment Transactions 100% with Banking Background - Between Precision and Personality.
Your Tasks- Independent processing and monitoring of national and international payment transactions as well as standing orders
- Checking, recording, and timely execution of payment instructions in compliance with internal bank guidelines
- Handling claims for foreign withholding taxes and supporting administrative banking transactions
- Ensuring correct and careful processing of all payment processes
- Friendly and professional reception of customers as well as first point of contact at the counter and on the phone
- Receiving and forwarding customer concerns to the responsible specialist departments
- Supporting the reception secretariat with general administrative tasks and organisational activities
- Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience in a bank's payment transactions
- Precise, structured, and responsible working style with a strong numerical understanding
- High resilience and the ability to maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Service-oriented personality with a well-groomed appearance and excellent manners
- Enjoyment of personal contact with a demanding clientele
- Very good user knowledge of common MS Office programmes and a high IT affinity
- German as mother tongue and good spoken English skills
- You have completed your family planning and are seeking a long-term professional perspective in a stable environment
