Assistant to the Office Management with Personnel Responsibility
Office for Real Estate Valuation | 80-100% | Chur
The Office for Real Estate Valuation (AIB) is decentralized across six locations. We conduct official valuations of developed properties within the framework of revision and application valuations. Due to our varied activities, we are in daily contact with different stakeholders such as owners, offices, and the Graubünden Building Insurance. The three cantonal languages are also used.
We are looking for an assistant to the office management with personnel responsibility starting September 1, 2026, or by agreement.
- Responsibility for the administrative and organizational support of the office management
- Coordination of appointments as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings and conferences including minute-taking
- Responsibility for the administrative handling of objection procedures
- Contact person for personnel matters of the department (around 60 employees) and interface to the personnel office
- Coordination and execution of recruitment processes
- Professional and personnel management of one employee in administration
- Supervision and training of an apprentice
- Support in accounting
- Commercial basic training or equivalent education, ideally with leadership experience
- Further training in human resources and completed trainer course is an advantage
- Discreet, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and initiative
- High empathy and sense of responsibility
- Affinity for digital tools and systems
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
