Role:
For our client, we are looking for a technically skilled individual for the maintenance and optimisation of packaging machines in a GMP environment. You ensure the reliable operation of the machinery, carry out maintenance and repairs, and support qualifications and technical projects.
Responsibilities:
Performing fault rectifications, repairs, and maintenance work on the machinery
Conversion and setup of packaging machines
Monitoring GMP-compliant plant operation
Carrying out optimisations and test runs
Creating and checking setup protocols as well as maintaining machine logbooks
GMP-compliant documentation
Training of operating personnel
Participation in projects and machine qualifications
Qualifications:
Completed technical basic training, e.g. as a mechanic, maintenance technician, automation technician, or electrician
Good knowledge of pneumatics and electrical engineering
Solid experience in the GMP environment, ideally in the packaging industry
Good German language skills spoken and written
Independent and reliable working style in a flexible shift system
Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented personality
