Located directly at the vibrant Barfüsserplatz, Ristorante Da Roberto invites you to authentic Italianità in a modern ambiance. The menu offers a diverse selection of classic Italian dishes, accompanied by exquisite wines from various regions of Italy.
Our long-standing managing director is planning his well-deserved retirement. The succession arrangement is generously timed. As managing director, you are responsible for the operational management and organization of daily business. You are a host through and through, an inspiring, communicative leader with a strong focus on customer care. You implement the concept-specific guidelines of Gastrag AG and Ristorante Da Roberto at all times and lead by example. You develop the operating budget in collaboration with your superior and are responsible for achieving it.
To complete your profile, you bring the following skills:
- Hotel management school diploma, vocational training in gastronomy, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience
- Leadership experience in a comparable position
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; Italian and other languages are an advantage
