IT Supporter (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Handling support requests in 1st and 2nd level support as well as analysing and resolving technical faults
Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows workstations, Microsoft Office, Cisco Jabber and Apple devices
Support and repair of hardware, printers and peripheral devices as well as ensuring smooth workstation operation
Documentation of incidents, communication with users and collaboration with external service providers in complex problem situations
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in IT support or end user support
Sound knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of macOS
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
Valid work permit for Switzerland as well as customer-oriented and independent working style
