Sachbearbeiter Customer Service 100% (m/w)
Ihre Aufgaben – mit Wirkung und Verantwortung
- Verantwortlich für die Auftragsabwicklung vom Eingang bis zur Fakturierung
- Telefonische (interne) Kundenbetreuung
- Bearbeitung von Retouren und Gutschriften
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
Ihr Profil – das bringen Sie für unsere gemeinsame Erfolgsgeschichte mit
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (oder techn. Grundausbildung mit kaufm. Weiterbildung)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Verkauf Innendienst oder in der Auftragsabwicklung
- Stilsichere Kommunikation in Deutsch
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit guten PC-Kenntnissen
- SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil (idealerweise SD Modul)
