Your Tasks
- You manage a smaller portfolio of residential properties with the support of a property manager or team leader
- You look after and advise tenants and owners and coordinate the facility managers
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments including reporting
- You prepare and manage the annual budget including forecasts and check and code creditors
- You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
- You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on setting rent levels
- You carry out lease amendments, rent changes, and indexed rent adjustments
Your Profile
- You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence in Property Management or are on the way to obtaining it
- You have initial professional experience in the real estate sector
- Your mother tongue is German and ideally you can communicate orally and in writing in additional languages
- You possess high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You have an affinity for technology, can apply new technologies, and are open to new things
- You have self-learning competence and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
