The Application Management Basic Systems team is the technical backbone of KPT: It holds together the threads of the IT systems and ensures stable, high-performance applications. We are currently introducing Salesforce as a new CRM system. Do you enjoy juggling complex systems, act decisively in case of disruptions, and make bold decisions especially when things suddenly become unclear?
What you can achieve
- You ensure a stable, high-performance, and resource-optimized operation of "your" applications – with special focus on Salesforce CRM.
- To prevent outages, you take care of the uninterrupted interaction of the applications with surrounding systems.
- The technical 2nd-level support is your domain: You analyze errors and fix them together with the providers.
- You support the operational development of Salesforce and are a reliable support for software development.
- Your carefully maintained documentation keeps operational processes transparent and understandable for everyone.
What distinguishes you
- Training in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable professional certificate
- Experience in application operation and application management – ideally with Salesforce
- Routine in collaborating with providers and managing them
- Solid knowledge in requirements and test management
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and an open mindset
