Our customer advisors are the first point of contact for our insured clients: they know our innovative products inside out, explain our services clearly, and find the optimal solution for every request. Are you also eager to guide customers through the world of health insurance and inspire them with your knowledge?
You know how to do it well
- You advise the insured, point out gaps, and assist them in their internal and external procedures to ensure they benefit from optimal coverage, whether by phone or in writing.
- Through your commitment, you will contribute day by day to ensuring our customers are perfectly satisfied.
- You will attract new customers with your enthusiasm for our products.
- In case of complex requests, you will gather relevant information from our various departments.
- Thanks to your sales talent, you identify customer needs and offer the ideal solutions from our portfolio.
What characterizes you
- a complete basic training with initial professional experience in the field of health insurance or in a call center
- Interest in sales - ideally experience in this area
- a AFA insurance intermediary training or willingness to undertake it promptly
- a strong customer and service orientation
- Perfect command of French, both spoken and written – any other language would be a considerable asset
