What you bring
- Several years of experience in product management of digital products or platforms, including several years as a product lead or in a comparable role with strategic product responsibility
- Solid experience in People & Culture, HR, or comparable HR-related business domains
- Proven experience in managing complex product projects as well as in the professional leadership of external partners and development teams
- Very good understanding of agile product development and the ability to pragmatically and effectively apply Scrum and other product methods in complex organizations
- Strong stakeholder management as well as pronounced communication and moderation skills
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable product decisions
- Analytical, conceptual, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Experience with data-driven work and measurable management of impact and outcomes
- Experience with modern AI and LLM tools and their effective use in the product context
- High competence in prioritization and decision-making in complex environments
