MISSION DESCRIPTION
EXPECTED PROFILE
- You will join a proactive team and be assigned to the canton of FRIBOURG
- You will provide care and medical-technical acts delegated by the nursing team, taking into account the resources and limitations of the residents/patients.
- You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and collaborate in synergy with them.
- You will participate in relational support as well as in the follow-up of the care plan for the person being cared for.
- You will be responsible for organising and managing your workday independently.
EXPECTED PROFILE
- You must hold a CRS Health Auxiliary or Care Assistant diploma
- You have a strong sense of responsibility; your versatility and flexibility will allow you to adapt to changes without difficulty.
- You have excellent stress management skills
- Good communication, listening and empathy skills
- One of your primary qualities is to put your skills at the service of beneficiaries, families and relatives
- Flexibility is one of your assets (day, evening, weekend, split shifts)
- You reside in the canton of Fribourg or nearby
