Bricklayer with Leadership Responsibility and Technical Expertise
Tasks
- Organisation and management of the daily operations in the depot
- Planning and monitoring of material, equipment, and machinery inventories
- Ensuring the operational readiness of vehicles, machines, and tools
- Coordination of maintenance, repair, and inspection work
- Deployment planning and leadership of depot staff
Requirements
- Completed training in the main construction trade, mechanics, agricultural machinery mechanics, or a comparable technical profession
- Ideal for foremen
- Several years of experience in depot, construction, or logistics areas
- Structured and independent working style with strong organisational skills
- Technical understanding and enjoyment in working with machines and equipment
- Driving licence category B, additional categories advantageous
