The ‚Analytics Real Estate‘ division is a project-oriented development and analysis unit within the Risk business unit. Here, the hedonic models for residential property valuation are developed. The department also positions the bank internally and externally on the topic of the real estate market. The team consists of eight employees, divided into the two areas ‚Real Estate Models‘ and ‚GIS Analyses‘.

Your Tasks

Leading the ‚Real Estate Models‘ team with three employees
Responsibility for the maintenance and further development of the hedonic valuation models as well as the real estate indices for risk assessment of the mortgage portfolio
Targeted communication of model results and changes, as well as stakeholder management with different needs
Assessment of the real estate market and identification of risks through data analyses and forecasting models
Writing contributions in publications about the Swiss real estate market

Your Profile

University degree (at least Master’s) in economics, mathematics, or another quantitative field of study, as well as applied knowledge in econometrics and statistics
At least five years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a larger organization
Experience in data analysis, especially with R, Python, or SAS
High IT affinity as well as very good conceptual and analytical skills
Very good German language skills
A flair for journalistic work
Interest in the Swiss real estate market, knowledge is an advantage
Initiative, independent and precise working style as well as strong teamwork skills
Committed, inspiring, and sociable personality
