Property Manager (m/f/x)

What you contribute:

• You take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of properties (monitoring and participating in the preparation of annual accounts, preparing closures, handling legal cases, etc.)
• You ensure rigorous tenant follow-up
• You oversee the execution and monitoring of routine building maintenance
• You prepare market analyses, reports, budgets and forecasts
• You supervise the tasks of employees, rental specialists and technical managers for your portfolio

What you bring:

• You have a basic commercial education (CFC) with further training in real estate (Federal Certificate of Property Manager obtained or in progress)
• You already have several years of experience in a similar role
• You are a person with a strong service orientation and possess excellent negotiation skills
• Your professionalism, perseverance and assertiveness complete your profile
• You have an excellent command of French (German and English are a plus)
• You work comfortably with IT tools (MS Office, GAIARO REM, etc.)
• You hold a driving licence
