In the role of Project Manager IT and Digitalisation Projects, you actively shape the digital advancement of our foundation group. As part of our Operational Excellence team, you are an important interface between specialist departments, IT, external partners, and management.

You lead and accompany diverse projects around digital solutions, processes, tools, and system landscapes. In doing so, you bring structure to requirements, recognise connections, and ensure that ideas develop into viable and practical solutions. To be successful in this role, you bring experience in project management, a good understanding of IT and process contexts, as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders. Your workplace is in Bad Zurzach, with home office options available.

Your tasks

• Leading and participating in IT and digitalisation projects across the entire foundation group
• Evaluation, selection, and implementation of new applications and digital solutions
• Recording, structuring, and prioritising requirements together with relevant specialist departments
• Analysis of existing processes, system landscapes, interfaces, and data flows
• Translating specialist requirements into clear IT and solution concepts
• Coordination of internal stakeholders as well as external service providers and software partners
• Preparation of cost-benefit analyses, decision bases, project plans, and status reports
• Ensuring transparent project management regarding deadlines, quality, risks, and resources

What we expect from you

• A university of applied sciences or university degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you bring 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT, digitalisation, or organisational projects
• You have experience in project management and have already led interdisciplinary projects with specialist departments, IT, and external partners
• You have a good understanding of complex system landscapes, interfaces, data flows, and integration logics
• You have strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and ideally Power Platform
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
• You understand IT projects not only technically but also as process and change initiatives
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
• You communicate confidently with specialist departments, IT, external partners, and decision-makers
• You have very good German skills as well as English skills
